Our apologies for not fulfilling the June 1st deadline for having the complaints section operational again. By the end of the month, for certain, things will be up and running.
The new complaints process will be much more streamlined than it was before, and we're sure you'll be impressed with how it will work. The process will benefit not only consumers but market research companies as well - our new process should also see an increase in complaint resolution times.
Once again we apologize for the delay, but you can be sure that it'll be worth the wait.
