You may have noticed that there has been an increase in complaints against GlobalTestMarket with users not being able to login to their accounts because of accusations regarding fraud.
GlobalTestMarket has contacted SurveyPolice with a message that they have also passed onto their members:
Last week there was a database error that marked several hundred member accounts as fraudulent. Upon receiving member inquiries, our customer service team would review the accounts and provided a response based upon faulty data. However, FrontDesk was not aware the data was faulty. Please disregard any previous FrontDesk response about fraudulent activity. Our Systems team last night traced the issue and reset every affected account back to active status. We have a list of the accounts affected. I hope those members can accept my sincere apology, and those members were given an additional 100 MarketPoints for the inconvenience due to our error. Please try logging into your account today and alert FrontDesk if there are any further issues.
