Complaints Section Up and Running

The complaints section on the site is fully functional again. The process has been streamlined and issuing and resolving complaints will now be much easier.

You will be required to login to the site in order to file a complaint, and in the future, this same login information will be used to access other features of the site.

We apologize once again for the delay in getting the complaints section of the site running again, but we think you will find that the wait was well worth it.

We would like to ask you, our users, to send us any feedback you may have about the new complaints process – your comments will help make future revisions to the complaints tool better reflective of the features you are looking for.

Complaints Section Update

Our apologies for not fulfilling the June 1st deadline for having the complaints section operational again. By the end of the month, for certain, things will be up and running.

The new complaints process will be much more streamlined than it was before, and we're sure you'll be impressed with how it will work. The process will benefit not only consumers but market research companies as well - our new process should also see an increase in complaint resolution times.

Once again we apologize for the delay, but you can be sure that it'll be worth the wait.
