New Survey Opportunities

We've added a new company to our list of verified survey companies: One2OneNetwork.

We are also compiling a list of offline consumer testing companies; that is, research companies who conduct taste tests, focus group interviews, etc.

Survey Panel Complaints Section Update

We have updated the complaints section of our website with a new look and new complaints categorization: http://www.surveypolice.com/complaints

Complaints against survey companies are now categorized by number of active complaints. This provides a more accurate guage as to how proactive a survey panel is with regard to resolving panelist concerns. Hopefully you will find this new page format easier to navigate.

You will also notice that close to half of the complaints submitted through SurveyPolice have been successfully resolved. We are ecstatic with the response from survey panels who are eager to help panelists with any concerns they may have. We are equally happy that you, the survey panelists, choose to use our free service after not receiving a satisfactory response from a survey company.

Don't forget to check out our surveys forum, and to participate regularly. We hope our forum will turn into your number one forum destination for online survey community news. Without your participation though, this is not possible, so don't be shy, and keep those posts coming!
